HCI at the University of Waterloo

Welcome to the Human Computer Interaction lab at the University of Waterloo! Our group's research centers on improving the ways computers can help people lead more productive, happy, and healthy lives, at home, work, or play. A selection of areas of research that we work on include: motion kinematics in user interfaces, open source usability, sketch recognition, usable privacy and security, and pen-based interfaces.
